As a System Engineer or System Developer (m/f/d) you work in an international and distributed project team providing cutting edge driver assistance test solutions for a German premium OEM. You design and develop software components for high quality software in the automotive field. You define architectural requirements and align them internally as well as with the customer. You interact and meet with customers Tier1 and OEMs and define requirements and analyze customer features. You identify technical risks related to software domain. You analyze performance and capacity aspects and perform technical studies and reviews. In addition, you coordinate hardware and software integration between the different departments at Elektrobit.
You hold an academic or technical degree in Computer Science, Electronics or similar and have several years of experience in C/C++ development and OO software design (design patterns, UML). You have developed software on Windows or Linux before and you have knowledge in Requirements engineering and Test Driven Software Development. The concept of Continuous Integration (Jenkins) and build management systems like Gradle, Maven or Ant are familiar to you. You have experience in Hardware and Software, in ADTF and/or ROS and in AUTOSAR. You know about Automotive Bus Systems like CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet (BroadR-Reach). It would be an advantage if you could establish knowledge in vehicle diagnostics (DLT, UDS, DoIP), had experience in video processing (SerDes, LVDS, Codecs) and experience with embedded software. You enjoy working in a team. Your profile is completed by fluent communication skills in English, written and verbally.
