Betreuung der international eingesetzten Systeme im Category Management (Category Planning und Space Management) Unterstützung beim globalen Rollout der Systeme im Rahmen eines Transformationsprojektes Unterstützung bei den diversen Aktivitäten entlang des Softwarelebenszyklus der eingesetzten Lösungen (bspw. Requirements Engineering, Solutioning, Testing, Incident Management) Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Fachbereichen und IT Abteilungen Kontinuierliches Beobachten der relevanten Geschäftsprozesse und Aufzeigen von Optimierungspotentialen
Dein Profil
Was du mitbringen solltest. Studium mit informationstechnischem Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung Erste Erfahrungen mit Abläufen von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen Praktische Erfahrungen mit Datenbanksprachen (bspw. SQL) und Excel Hohe Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Was wünschenswert ist. Erste Erfahrungen mit Systemen im Bereich Category Management (z. B. Spaceman) Methoden-Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen im IT-Service- oder Projektmanagement
