Job Description Lead preparation of reference architectures, IT roadmap planning including the corresponding lifecycle management and other company-specific architecture specifications, taking into account the current regulations on compliance and governance Preparation of decisions on the use of new technologies and the implementation of integration scenarios as well as presentation of target group-specific IT architecture target images including dependencies Checking compliance with architecture specifications and bringing about exception decisions in the relevant committees and quality gates Consulting and support in planning and integrating services and solutions into the existing service architecture while complying with the central architecture and documentation specifications Regular evaluation, target group-oriented presentation and communication with the relevant stakeholders regarding the strategic further development of the IT architectures and evaluation of the impact of this on the enterprise architecture Translation of strategic requirements into economic and efficient architecture measures with the aim of harmonizing and standardizing the application and technology landscape Developing and maintaining the business architecture as well as the as-is application architecture and the target application architecture and reviewing the mapping to the business architecture. Search for creative approaches to integrate new, innovative applications and digital products into the architecture and IT architecture of the business area as needed
Qualifications Completed studies in business informatics or comparable studies with several years of professional experience or a completed apprenticeship with many years of professional experience. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the IT architecture environment, e.g. as an application consultant, software architect, process consultant, etc. Experience in the design and further development of enterprise, IT and solution architectures, as well as system interface management Very good complexity reduction and target group oriented communication skills Proven experience in managing and implementing IT projects or in functional leadership, ideally also in an agile environment (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe) as well as the corresponding project management methods and tools (e.g. JIRA and Confluence) Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Management and common EAM methods and frameworks (TOGAF certification) A high degree of initiative, a structured way of working as well as your analytical thinking skills and creative potential Assertiveness and implementation strength with regard to technical topics, architecture specifications as well as in projects Strong communication and consulting skills Fluent English (C1) and German (B1-B2) language skills Willingness to work in and lead interdisciplinary teams
