We have several new software projects starting soon and are looking for a new colleague with experience on tech stack bootstrapping and architectural decisions to join our skilled and growing team. Backend Software Engineer (m/f/d) What is the role about? With your hands-on experience, you will take over short-term responsibilities for our current on-premise asset and contribute with the development team to our key customer experience. You will have the opportunity to participate in technology selections and system design for the new upcoming software projects and modernization of our current assets. As a team player, you will also help others to learn and overcome technical challenges. Must-have qualifications Completed studies in (Business) Computer Science or a comparable qualification Expert knowledge in the use of CI/CD / JAVA / Spring / NodeJS Several years of professional experience working with on-premises infrastructures Confident command of English Good-to-have Experience with Windows Server Infrastructure Basic German knowledge, as your team is mainly German What is it like to work at Hogrefe?
